Just a quick question to you all. If i cellar my beers at 60deg will that be okay ? i mean 60 at all times and since its recommended to cellar at 55 would it make a difference ?

    Thanks.

There wont be any issues, your beer will just age faster, as the chemical processes taking place in the beer, which are the changes that you see in beer aging, will simply happen at a more rapid rate.

Your fine 60 will actually be a littler better for very high abv stuff, as long as there is no extreme temperature changes like below freezing or 75 and above
