Cellar temp question

    just got a new beer fridge and I have a temperature gage. I got it pretty steady in the mid 50s but I have noticed it to be 53 one day and 55-56 the next. Pretty stable within that range though. Does the temp need to be completely stable or is this normal and totally fine?

    Totally normal and fine. Most people store beer in their cellar or basement or closet where temps can vary 5+ degrees per day. My cellar fluctuates between ~50 in the winter and 60 in the summer with no issues.
