New onto beer advocate but not to beer. I just moved to the southwest (Phoenix area) and am interested in ageing and cellaring my precious bottles. The problem is of course the heat but also no basement.

    Any suggestions?

You'll have to blast the AC all day even if you're not home or get a dedicated beer fridge and temp controller.

I do have a dedicated fridge for wine. Could I use that? What temp is preferable to ageing/cellaring?

It depends on the style but 50-55 F is usually a safe bet. There some more info here: https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/101/store/

I did the same move about 6 months ago. Good to also keep in mind the humidity factor for any corked bottles you have. I have seen some impact to my bourbon collection already with more brittle corks, but beer will likely follow suit as well.
