Cellaring Allagash Farm To Face?

    I pick up a bottle of Allagash Farm To Face a couple of months ago, forgot about it and just found it today in my cellar. My question is it worth sitting on longer or should I enjoy it sooner than later? Thanks :slight_smile:

    I'd drink it. I think it's good as it is.. No one knows how it will age anyways.

    It was very good when I got a bottle at the end of November.. I'd say drink it soon

    Drink now. I brought one to a tasting a few weeks ago and it was spectacular.

    Yeah peach is a subtle flavor that I don't see sticking around for a long time, I'd drink now.
