Left a couple sit a while and the coffee faded of course but it became one of the most chocolate forward beers I've had to date.

I had a four pack that was bottled last october (2013). Needless to say, the coffee note is faded, but it still tastes pretty damn good. Now, founder Imperial stout, I also have some from 2013, those are fuckin awesome

Have not cellared Bfast stout, but do agree that cellaring Founders IS is a must do. Had a 2013 version and it was amazing. If you have some, let it sit.

I had a 2014 side by side with a 2013, 2013 not bad, but the coffee was not there. 2014 coffee wasn't over powering, but there. As said above, drink fresh if you like coffee, not sure why this would be a cellar beer. Most I do with this, is stock up at the end of the season, but after a year, not sure I see the point. Now FIS, sure drink them with a 1-2 years on them all day long.
