I had a bottle of cherry adam that was delicious fresh. I have one in the cellar but I'm wondering if the cherry notes from the fruit will fade with time. Wondering peoples experiences with aging cherry adam.

I've had one fresh and one 2 years old, they were both fantastic in their own ways. Aged had good cherry and low heat, the flavors were melded together very well, I had this one first. Fresh the cherry is through the roof but the heat is fully present (which isn't all that hot IMO). These were from two different batches so you have to take that into account, but imo age doesnt hurt this one at all.

I have heard of some not so stellar aged bottles, and theres a lot of tastings and experimenting with this one, so a lot more people may chime in with their experiences.

I'd say do it, and try it along side the next batch down the road!
