I have a fair amount of Adam sitting in my cellar and it has aged quite gracefully but I have never done this with Fred. Hoping for some insight on whether or not this is worth the effort. Thanks for the help.
Fred ages very well, but the best bottle I've had was rather horribly mistreated, having spent a few summers in a hot warehouse in PA. Here's a review of a bottle shared with a friend: http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/173/459/?ba=johnmichaelsen
Thanks Dyan. I will definantly be sticking a six pack in the cellar to lose for a couple of years. Cheers.
