Cellaring Mimosa

    I received a Mimosa a couple days after it was released. Soon after I had leave for AK. I'll be headed back for DLD, and was wondering if I should drink it then or continue cellaring it. I think the Orange will fall out of it pretty fast. Thoughts?

    I thinking the orange will hold up... Zest is strong.

    The person that sent it to me warned that I may consider drinking it sooner than later. It has already been aging for some time now from my understanding.

    I'm left to assume you'll be at DLD, so I would suggest pouring yourself a nice helping (you'll want one) and sharing the rest in line. You WILL make some friends, haha.
