Cellaring questions about certain beers

    I have several beers that I'm wondering if I need to drink asap. I kinda got carried away with my collection. If anybody has any personal insight it would be appreciated.

    Hommage
    Cascade Apricot
    Abyss
    Cafe Jesus
    Dark Star
    Vanilla Rye
    Raspberry Eisbock
    Prairie Apple Brandy Noir
    Chocolate Rain

    Just my opinion blah blah blah some people prefer it fresh blah blah blah but seriously,

    stash that Abyss away and forget about it.
