Where I work, there some many beers we have that
    1) We have an abundance of
    2) Have been in the cooler for over a year because no one buys them
    3) I can get at a decent price

Traquiar Jacobite, Urthel Quad, Anchor Foghorn to name a couple.

What I would like to know is if I'll harm the beer by taking it from the cooler temp (around 36F) and gradually letting warm up to my cellar temp (around 60F).
