I have been cellaring sours and stouts (and a few Belgiums) for several years and it is now time to reap the benefits. My first venture will be side by side tasting of a 2013 Goose Island Lolita and a 2016 version. I need some original ideas on getting some fun out of my collection (other than just enjoying some great beer with family and friends). I have over 50 different beers cellared including several versions of KBS, Bourbon County, a few Cantillons, some Westy, and many others. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Verticle tastings, work on building a 3-5 verticle of a particular beer.

If you can, have someone pour for you, to avoid placebo.
The differences will be easily distinguishable, but it avoids keeping in mind which one may be "better".
