I am currently in a sort of short term stay at my current place of residence. I have 5 months of an internship then I'll be moving someplace more permanent, where I'll be able to develop my cellar better.

I have a bottle of Three Philosophers and 4 Central Water Bourbon Barrel Stouts that I'm attempting to cellar.

Currently, they are in my beer fridge (collage dorm style fridge) at a temp of 50 degrees. Will these age well under these conditions? Any thoughts or suggestions?

    I appreciate the help!

I had a 11 CW bourbon barrel stout the other day and it tasted pretty similar to fresh IMO. 5 months in a 50 degree fridge certainly isn't going to hurt it.
