Cellaring with Wax

    Is it highly recommended to use the wax on top of the bottles?

    If so, what kind of wax do most people use?

    Not necessary but I like it. I'm not 100% on this, but I waxed a JW Lees and it was carbonated some 8 years later, and I have it on 0 authority that those are usually flat.
