Celly Drippins 2025 | Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. A friend just reserved 16 chairs at the weekend long event on November 21st at 4:00pm. Unfortunately, i missed the one-day event last year due to being out of town but it was a total s**t-show according to friends due to unlimited crowler fills offered by SNBC. Glad they changed things up as there will not be fills this year. Anyone else going?

Some details here: Celebration IPA, supercharged Sierra Nevada Mills River November 21–24 When we empty a tank of Celebration Fresh Hop IPA, the dry-hop bags stay behind, hanging in midair by a pulley system. We collect every drop of beer from those saturated bags—extreme fresh hop flavor we call Celly Drippins. Last year, it was a one-day party. This year? All weekend long.
Sierra Nevada was hopping yesterday afternoon as 10 of us gathered for Celly Drippins, good food, and assorted other beers. We did a side by side with Celebration and found Celly Drippins was very earthy and floral whereas Celebration was brighter and more citrusy. A good time for sure. Highly recommend you visit Mills River if you are in the Asheville area! Cheers! Tom
SNBC changed the rules this year and did not have crowler fills available after last year's s**t show. Sierra marketed this year's release for four days, but they were still pouring some yesterday based on Untappd entries.
