Headed to the Stars game tomorrow night at AAC and plan to visit Spec's on Walnut Hill, and was wondering if there are any other good beer stops in the vicinity. Thanks!

Looking for bars? Meddlesome Moth is right by the AAC. Common Table is close as well.

No, guess I should have been more specific...bottle shops, liquor stores, etc. Hoping to nab some fresh Union Jack, Sculpin and others while in town.

Total Wine next door, Whole Foods Park Ln a little farther south. The other good bottle shops/stores are farther away, but if you want to drive: Lonestar in Carrollton or Hall's in Colleyville.

If you want a growler of local fresh beer, visit Craft and Growler next to Fair Park. They have 42 taps, mostly Texas stuff and all recent.

Don't forget Central Market at Lovers and Greenville. You could do the truck chaser run starting at Specs, cut through the lot by Dave & Busters, then go through the office building parking lot just south and sneak into the Total Wine parking lot by Tuesday Morning to get to TW. Then cut through behind Academy, Go through the light into the garage for Whole Foods. Exit Whole Foods South, take a right on Greenville and hit Central Market on the SE corner of Lovers and Greenville. Not that I've ever done that and I'm definitely not doing that tomorrow, on my payday...
