A week is still early to worry, tabs still ought to work if you have enough yest in suspension (though I have never used them myself).

I hope so. I really like the flavor/aroma.

What time should we plan on meeting?

I think last time at From The Vine we started at like 1 or 2. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Sounds good with me. Only have my baltic porter to bring but will make it up with other goodies. Are we going to list what we are bringing so we do not all show up to prom wearing the same dress?

Not sure what, if any commercial beer I will bring, I will check my meager cellar and see.

But for sure I will bring homebrewed:
    Kolsch
    Mild
    Galaxy Pale Ale
Stout (if I manage to save some of the last few bottles)
And possibly these which need bottling:
    IPA (citra, simcoe, amarillo, columbus)
    Belgo IPA
    Brown and/or Nut Brown

If you don't bring that IPA, I'll be thoroughly disappointed in you.

That said, I'll probably bring one of our IPA's, Wookey Jack, and Sucaba.

1 or 2 works for me!

Count me in! I should be able to bring a variety of homebrew, maybe a couple different IPAs (Am. IPA, DIPA, Belgian IPA, Brown, etc...) and a dark beer or two. Unfortunately our 2nd batch of black IPA will not be ready in time (I say unfortunately because our first batch was killer). Looking for some constructive criticism on our brews as well.

I thought about bringing an '11 Dark Lord.

IMO, '12 is way too sweet right now. Like, instant diabetes sweet.

EDIT: I'll also bring some other yummy and less-sweet beer.

Lol, instant diabetes sweet. That's about right.

I'm going to crack one of my IPA's tonight and see how it's doing. Hopefully it's carbed decently.

Sadly I don't think I could make it if it was held at 1 or 2. Most likely I'll have to work 8-5 on that Saturday. However, if that time isn't settled on, I could bring a couple of the following bottles, whichever you guys would like to try:

    Parabola
    Kuhnhenn BB4D
    Great Lakes Barrel Aged Blackout
    Zombie Dust
    2011 Abyss

others that I can't think of off the top of my head.

All good stuff. Unfortunately if we do this at From the Vine it'll have to be earlier. I have been messaging Jaimie and I just asked what times work for her, actually. I'll report back, but given the layout of the last few tastings it will be early afternoon Sat and we'll likely need to be sifting out by 5 or 6 I think.

I don't think I will be able to make this one now. I will probably be working.

Well shoot, you were the one I was bringing the Dark Lord for!

Maybe I'll have to bring a few non-Dark Lord beers now...
