    For anyone wondering, they sold out of cans in like 30-40 minutes. And, IIRC, it's only on-site consumption up in Chicago. :slight_frown:

    However, it should still be flowing on tap at The Koelschip.

    Yep, was there for the release today. Really enjoyed the beer, and glad I have some cans now. Wish I could get my hands on one of the glasses they had at Emporium yesterday though.

    It was another smooth release from Central State. Really enjoy pretty much everything from these guys.

    I agree on both wanting one of those glasses and that it was another smooth release from Central State. So glad to have these guys in Indy!

    So yeah, that went way quicker than I expected. I underestimated how much their popularity has sky-rocketed. I stopped in around 7 and got to have it on tap. The elderberry is tart while maintaining a bit of sweetness. Loved it. I'll make sure I get there an hour early next time and not 7 hours late.

    The reason was because they sent 90% of it up to Chicago, unfortunately. I don't forsee their next release going anything near as fast as today's.

    But yeah, I agree with ya on how tastes. Good stuff (not surprising).

    Quick clarification: We split the batch 50/50 (draft and cans) between Chicago and Indy.
