A new entry to the Brewer's Reserve series coming soon?

As excited as that label makes me, regular old Rye Barrel Stout is fantastic IMO. I hope they don't F it up with the vanilla. @Duncan83

I'm not afraid of this. I actually really liked the BBA Vanilla Stout and was wondering when and if it would make a comeback. It always seemed to strike a great balance of bourbon and vanilla so as a fellow rye BA stout lover I have to say my hopes are high!

The Vanilla Rye will be great. Reasonably priced. But super thin

I'll go with Q2 then for the vanilla rye

Dark and Stormy Ale - Rum Barrel Aged Imperial Scotch Ale with Ginger Root and Lime Zest.

    Sounds...adventurous!

Adventurous is...optimistic. I love their BBSA but have not enjoyed anything aged in rum barrels from CW. I'll hold out for the vanilla rye.

It only took 6 posts before we had our first "thin" report... and for a beer not even available yet. I'm happy to enjoy a beer that doesn't make me feel like I'm swallowing a loogy.

Side note: That macaroon anny is damn good.

To be fair...pretty sure @DLDlulz was joking.

So... twenty four is pretty dang good. I've always enjoyed Black Gold more than their anniversary stouts, but this is the first I've had in a few years. Might have to do a side by side.

No doubt. To be really fair, he's not likely to be wrong.

Does anyone know when the 2022 BA Barleywine will be hitting distribution? I've had a hell of a craving for this lately. I hope they didn't completely get rid of distro in favor of the Amherst event back in February.

FYI it was also available at the Milwaukee taproom if that's closer for you.

    There's too much vanilla!

    Where's the vanilla?

    Needs more barrel.

Edit: Whoops sorry, forgot to log out and back in as my alt accounts.
