Does MKE Taproom have bottles of yesterday's barrel aged stouts for sale?

    Or still on draft?

They said bottles would not be available after the event but I suspect there's a good chance it will be on tap from time to time. Both versions were pretty damn good.

    Completely agree--enjoyed them both.

Almost hate to say it, but I think I might've enjoyed the MKE anniversary more than the regular party in Amherst. Less crowded, and the Dairyland food buffet was a nice touch.

Based on comments I heard from friends and other people talking, I wasn't alone in my positive review of their new hop water. I don't normally like sparkling water but I thought this was delicious. I hope they start making it for distribution...or at least make it a regular offering.

My only complaint was they didn't block of the Highland street entrance which led to some randos hanging out.

Stopped by the Amherst brewery yesterday. Still had bottles of 24 anniversary beer for sale. Not on tap, however.

Details for their 25th anniversary are up here. Tickets on sale Dec 18th.
Glad they are hosting the party again as it's tradition and always good to see friends there. As always, the cost of bottles is very fair and nice option to get half the allotment too.
With it being a milestone 25th, I'm underwhelmed by the bottle offerings as I am not a fan of cherry stout and was expecting more than two variants; this has been done before. Was hoping for 3+ different bottles and some barrel variants or even an anniversary barleywine. Oh well, the social gathering is my main reason for going anymore. Hope to see some of you there.

Damn right you'll see me there. And you're pretty hard to miss! I'll echo your thoughts about cherry stouts, very few of them are any good (including a big miss for me of the CW Cherry Stout).

This is always one of my favorite beer nights of the year & I've missed it. Very happy it is returning!

Anyone else get ahold of that Peach Brandy BA Barleywine they released in Mke on Black Friday? Curious what others thought of it.

Their Milwaukee brewed Hop Water sparkling water (Nectaron and Citra hopped) is FANTASTIC! If I had to go NA, this would be at the top of my list for beer-like enjoyment.
