    I wonder if this means that they made significantly less Seventeen than Sixteen. Sales for Sixteen last year lasted longer than this.

    You have to take into account how good it was last year. My guess is that not everyone will buying their 8 bottles, and not everyone who bought a ticket will actually show up. They're probably playing it safe to ensure they don't run out. I wouldn't be surprised if there was chance to buy some extras later in the evening.
