hehe. you're right, he needs a catchphrase. i like how every person who left an extremely negative review he told them they're not welcome back. maybe his catch phrase is "you're not welcome here any more"
Probably not the best idea to send insulting Yelp messages to people who didn't have a good time at your place. As far as a catch phrase, adding in the "I know your face" line might work well. Seriously though, not sure how it can beat cause its a bottle share playa. That always has me cracking up when I read it or randomly think of it.
after reading the owners responses, I'll never visit them, but, I still bookmarked them so i can read all the gold that is posted on their yelp

I kind of want to go there and have a bad experience, just so I can write a bad yelp review and get a personal response from him In all seriousness though, I know some people criticize Yelp, and I think there are negatives that come from anonymous reviewing sometimes, but personally I'm happy to know about this kind of thing. Saves me the effort and dollars. I would never patronize a business that treats customers like that

Wow, incredible. Initially I assumed that had to be the owner writing that under a fake account. But, looking at that woman's profile she's reviewed a spray tan establishment, and, admittedly, she looks like the type of person who would get a spray tan, i.e., Jersey Shore-esqe. I'm confused, but either way it's awesome.
Looking forward to checking this place out to see just how bad it is. Cream Pan and Tustin Brew Co. nearby will help cheer me up afterwards.
