I would take over Fremont Brewing and change absolutely nothing. But I would drink a lot of free beer.

I would choose Founders. I would then open a brewpub in metro Detroit and have Jeremy brew a bunch of exclusive taproom-only beers for it.

or, Russian River, learn how to run a bottle release. Expect Crowds. Have clearly marked lines and all employees knowledgeable about how the event is being run. Hand out wristbands. Simple stuff.

I would fire whoevers idea it is to continuously brew strangely bad beer. Back to the original strangely good stuff thank you! They try to take things too far now just to stay around. I would reign them back in and focus on the stuff they are good at. Sure making off-centered beers is still the game-plan, but they don't need to continuously produce beers that don't meet a high standard (IMHO).

For fun, I would just hang out with the guys at Russian River and just learn and drink.

I'd pick Narragansett, and make sure they deliver me cases of all their Lovecraft series.

We are putting out a great west coast IPA at $7.99 per 6 pack. We are going to put out a beer that will put 90% of the mediocre craft breweries out of business. I would cull the herd so the winners in craft beer could shine.

Yeah. Most companies first order of business is to pay all back taxes. Pretty sure on the 25th hour your first decision would be rescinded. Budweiser doesn't always make the best decisions but our government makes close to the worst.

But the way the first five of your decisions really make you look like a real upidy a-hole. But the sixth is genius.

The Leinenkugel Brewery to see how a small Wisconsin brewery was able to expand with Miller and brew the beers they brew today or the Molson-Coors to see why they haven't expanded into craft brewing.

    Really?
So what you are saying is: I got mine, we are loaded, fuck all the other employees we are shutting down?
I do not like Budweisers beer, or many of their business practices, but think of the ramifications of shutting down a multi-billion dollar company.
