FYI. For those of you who live close to Battle Creek (or maybe you're coming to Dark Horse on Saturday for their Crawfish Boil and you don't mind driving another 12 miles), Arcadia has their BBA Cereal Killer on tap. (No guarantee that it will still be available on Saturday.) It is a bit hot with noticeable alcohol, but as it warmed that became less of an issue.

Do they ever sell any bottles of that?

Yes....I had one last week but down to just one bottle left in my cellar, along with a single of their BBA imperial stout.

They released a 2012 version of the Cereal Killer in 12 oz. bottles, but none since then.

I want to say about a year and a half ago they were selling a 3 Years Cellar Aged version only at the Battle Creek pub.

But I didn't see it with my own eyes, and don't remember where I read about it.

I can't confirm the "none since then", but my bottles are 2012.

Yeah, this was a one time release, but it was not bourbon barrel-aged. I doubt that it was aged in any barrel since oak characteristic is not mentioned, so it's likely that it was aged in the bottle 3 years before release.
