    Any major releases occurring in conjunction with beer week?

    Is it normal for special releases to come out during Beer Week? Seems like it's nothing but beer dinners.

    Beer dinners, tap takeovers, tasting events, and more. But I don't remember any bottle releases last year. Seems like all the breweries are busy doing events.

    Yeah if there was a release I hope it would already be announced. If there was a release like BAMC it would throw a monkey wrench in all the events planned that day cause everyone would drop what they are doing to go to it

    No special bottle releases this year, or last year (it was in April last year).

    Homegrown released 8 draft-only collaboration beers tonight. Some "first time in the market/state" events (Evora @ OBT tonight, Jolly Pumpkin @ Revelry, some wild shit at C4B Thursday, etc).

    You'll quite quickly see it's not just dinners if you check out the entire list. http://charlestonbeerweek.com/events
