I'm coming to the Holy City for three days with the wife and kiddo, and I'd like to sneak in some beer adventures. I only have time for one brewery taproom visit so which one would you recommend? I love Westbrook's beers, but have never tried Coast or Revelry since I don't get it in the Atlanta market. Also keep in mind that I have a 5 year old so we won't be hanging late night.

I also plan to have dinner at Edmund's Oast. Anything major I'm missing?

    Cheers

Hard with a little one. The Gin Joint makes the best cocktails I've had anywhere, not even a close second. Eats, I like Poogans Porch or Fleet Landing for the Shrimp and Grits. Doesn't help much I suppose.

I like revelry better than coast but I might be in the minority there. Edmunds Oast is a must stop, glad it's on the list. Revelry is literally 3 streets over from EO, try to grab a beer there after dinner?

Westbrook is great but their taplists is their year rounds, a few hit or miss limited distro and Evil Twin (which I'm not a fan). Taproom is uninspiring also. Granted Mexican Cake might be on

I would definitely skip Westbrook, their taproom leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. Has more of a production feel to it than a cool local hangout type feel. COAST would get my vote. Very cool spot and I don't think the little one would be awkward at all there. Lots of out door space and Plus they currently have Boy King and BA Blackbeerd on tap and in bottles!

Edmunds is awesome too. Great tap list and food. Definitely a must stop spot in my opinion.
