    I will be in Charleston Thursday night through Saturday. Staying at the Belmond... looking for the best stops in the area

    Had to google that. Didn't know the company changed names. If taking a cab (pedi or car) just say Charleston Place.

    Edmunds, Revelry, Palmetto, CBX, The Griffon, and Closed for Business are all either walking distance or a short Uber ride.

    Just got back from Charleston , can't miss: Oast, The Gin Joint for Cocktails , Hanks Seafood House for shrimp and grits, and Oysters Casino. Take a bike taxi they're everywhere and cheap.

    Actually, hike a little further up to 167 Raw. Some of the best oysters, and half price during happy hour.

    I am in charleston area also for a wedding. Stopped at bottles in mount pleasant yesterday. Grabbed a few prarie bombs off the shelf and one of the beer guys hooked me up with a green flash/alpine nelson. Really awesome bottle shop and staff!
