To be fair, he could have been talking about these cities also. He wasn't clear in his post.

To the OP, we need to be clear to which Charleston you are referring. I almost recommended some places in Charleston, Utah. Boy, that would have been em-barr-as-sing!

 

If you actually read the post, you will see he mentioned COAST, CBX, House of Brews, etc. Unless there is a HUGE coincidence, and these places exist in both Chas WV and Chas SC, then the location ambiguity is solved IN THE FIRST REPLY!

No, the possibly erroneous assumption was established in the first reply. I could do this all night.

This is true, and an excellent reply. But I'm left wondering why anyone would assume that 'Charleston' meant any other city than the only one that is a state capital. It seems to hold rank in those terms anyway.

Yeah, it's awesome isn't it? The SC folks always go wonky every time I point out that there is another Charleston in the world.

I'd be okay without Charleston WV. I would not be okay without Charleston SC. I'd be okay with catering to Charleston, SC folks to make sure they are happy and share their beers with me. I would not be okay if I thought I had to drink beer from West Virginia often.
