Charlotte Beer Week Info Needed

    My wife has been on me about getting away for a weekend and it would be my bad luck that she would pick the weekend of the VooDoo Brewing Barrel release. But, this cloud has a silver lining as we are going to end up in Charlotte and catching the tail end of the Charlotte Beer Week.

    I am probably going to be a little limited in time and will hit up Ass Clown, Brawleys, Duckworths, and maybe NoDa. I was checking the charlotte beer week website and noticed that the events were kind of the thin on the back end. Does anyone know of any events that may be happening that haven't been posted on the site?

    ...and before the suggestions start rolling in, this is not my first time in charlotte but it has been about 2 years since I have been there...hene why I am hitting up the above mentioned (NoDa is my best friends suggestion).

    NoDa is a must not a maybe.

    Beer week info is a little thin at the moment, but I don't believe all of the events have been announced yet as they are claiming to have over 100 in planning. More will be posted I'm sure as we get closer to the dates.

    ...but I have a love affair with Ass Clown though. My best friend said that we needed to go to NoDa too...met the brewer at GABF this year and got to try my first offerings from them.

    Matt is great at Ass Clown and is always brewing something that nobody else is! NoDa is a must! Triple C is still the best kept secret in Charlotte! Triple C's Greenway IPA is one of the best IPA's in the state!

    in previous years of CCBW, there have been announcements just a couple days before the event. i would say most of the events will be finalized 2 weeks before the event date. needless to say, there will be stops/events along what ever route you take.
