It looks like I'm going to be in Chattanooga all week for work. Any recommendations for decent bars/breweries? I'm staying at the Chattanoogan on Broad Street. Thanks in advance. MJM
Brewhaus on Frazier(Northshore area) is my favorite bar for beer. Local popular breweries are Chattanooga Brewing(also on Frazier) and Moccasin Bend(St. Elmo). Don't bother with Big River, in my opinion. Another brewpub downtown, and pretty close to the Chattanoogan is the Terminal--located right next to the Chattanooga Choo Choo. If you find yourself a little ways out of the city check out McHale's brewpub on Ashland Terrace.
