Whole Foods in Schaumburg, IL has 20% off all beer today. They have bombers of Half Acre Lager Town which sold out at the brewery in just a few hours.
Yeah, but the gas costs probably make this option much less attractive for anyone making purchasing decisions based on the 'US - Midwest' "Cheap Beer Finds" thread...
My mistake. It was the Whole Foods in Overland Park. If you start driving now, you can make it there in time to save enough to pay for gas from Minnesota. It's a little further than Schaumburg, but at least it fits BA's definition of Midwest better.
Costco in Maple Grove had some good deals recently. Paulaner and Hacker Pschorr Oktoberfest cases $23.99 Rogue Dead Guy case $28.99 Torpedo case $22.99 Sam Adam's Oktoberfest case $22.99 Summit (EPA/Oktoberfest/Autumn sampler) cases for $21.99
