Cheating Death LIF

This LIF comes to you courtesy of BA's alpineclimber, kingkong, LambicKing, match1112 and myself. When I read that alpineclimber got royally screwed in a trade I offered to ship him a consolation box and asked if any other BA's wanted to chip in. Kingkong, LambicKing and match1112 stepped up to the plate and between the four of us we ended up with 18 bottles to send. Alpineclimber requested that I send him some of those beers but hang onto others for a future LIF. In a cruel twist, the box I sent to him was confiscated by Canadian customs, so the beers in this LIF "cheated death" thanks to alpineclimber.

The Question:
While in Ohio this past weekend, I bought three craft beers to share with a friend. His girlfriend is not a craft beer drinker but was a good sport and tried each of the three. Two of the beers she described as tasting like "ear wax" and the other she described as tasting like "butt". He and I agreed all three were fantastic beers even though we had no experience identifying those specific tastes. Name the three beers.
