Hey everyone! I'm a chef from the United States and will be staying in Tulum, Mexico for the next 5 months. I'm hoping for recommendations on where to find the best craft beer A) available in the area from Mexico or around the world B) craft beer made in Tulum or close by so that I can visit the breweries and drink the beer. I will also probably bring some beer along with me to hopefully share with other chefs and beer enthusiasts, I know the crew from Noma will be in town as well as some talented people st Arca, Hartwood and more. I wish you luck amigo. My favorites in Mexico are Indio, Sol, Dos Equis Ambar and Bohemian where you can find them. I have read that craft beer is getting started in Mexico. Keep us informed and what you find and learn. After my tour of Tulum in Feb. 2013.
