Hey guys: Another new brewery in Chicago! My buddy has been planning and working on funding this for a while and is finally just about up to production. He's leasing space at Ale Syndicate and fermenters were just delivered/installed a couple of weeks ago. While none of his own brews are available yet, he's done a couple of collaborations with local breweries - both will be available at DryHop tonight around 6:00pm.
