Chicago Barrel Aged beer fans....

i dont understand it says sale will kick off after the event is over, but it starts by saying sale begins at 2. its a bit confusing. can you clear this up?

 

I think they're saying that once the event is over (2-5pm, with food being available), you can still purchase bottles. Bottles will be available from 2-5pm, as well. That's how I read it, anyway.

 

i think they are saying that the beer will still be available for purchase after the event.

Really stoked they are bottling this.

in my experience, you will have zero issues buying these after 5pm.

hell, you can still buy very mad cow and 3rd year at the taproom. i doubt these will be different (though i'll suspect they'll go quicker than VMC).

 

Should we expect these to be on tap at the event as well, or is it likely they'll only be available in bottles?

Very cool, really enjoy these two. Maybe one day Hugene will go in bottles too, one of my favorite Revolution brews.

i've gone to every single BA rev bottle release so far so it wasn't really confusing for me. at all of their packaged releases, they've had the beer on tap, and i didn't expect this one to be any different (plus my mug club email a few months ago said just this too).

 

You're crazy confused. Sale starts at 2 with the actual event running from 2-5. After the event is over, meaning they won't be serving food after 5, you'll still be able to buy bottles during their regular taproom hours. Hope I didn't confuse you anymore.

I hope Rev stays under the radar for as long as possible, it's awesome to be able to get superb -bals whenever I feel like it.

 

if their bottle counts on this one are identical to the 5000 for previous releases, there will still be 4796 bottles to go around!
