Just to be clear, I wasn't calling him a douche. I don't care if the guy took his bottle back or not. I was making light of him taking it back and in return I was able to get king henry as a pour. (which I would gladly take kh over BCS 08)

I only tried about 6-7 beers. I'm not worried about the beers I didn't get to try!

It truly was a wonderful little event. I cannot express how happy i am with the beers I was able to try. If it weren't for Chris and the Beer Temple, I would have never been able to try (probably) all the beers I tasted. BIG THANkS TO CHRIS, THE BEER TEMPLE, and THE NICE PEOPLE WHO BROUGHT AMAZING BEERS! Thank you!

No, thank you! Even though the lines kind of formed into one solid mass of (mostly) dudes around 4 PM, everyone seemed to have a great time. Thank you so much for opening everything that you did, and putting out so much great stuff for sale. I saw a lot of people who were really thrilled to pick up the Sucaba, and I was floored to snag a bottle of Bourbon County Coffee. I'll definitely be making The Beer Temple my go to store for beer. Just keep the Churton Sauvignon Blanc in stock, too.

Just wondering, I got there around 12:15 and stayed until about 2:30 and I seemed to miss out on the "whales" that were offered. What was offered and when?

P.S. The Beer Temple will be one of my main shops for sure. So much to be said for a store with exceptional knowledge and care for the customer.

Cherry rye was available at noon. The box was literally just set on the floor and people attacked it. It lasted less than 10 seconds. Other gems were "hidden" throughout the store. U just had to look. It was like find the easter eggs lol

Haha, awesome! Hope people that missed out on the initial run of Cherry Rye got some. I was fortunate enough to get a bottle in November and really enjoyed it (although I am still bitter at Foremost overcharging HEAVILY).

Amazing event. Didn't get there till 5, but still got to taste some deliciousness (thanks to whoever brought the Heady & the Jai Alai) & chat with some great local brewers. And of course got plenty of goodies to bring home. The Beer Temple is officially my go to shop in the city.
