Chicago breweries that don’t need their own thread (2023)

Just saw their Twitter page is announcing it with their Maifest on May 6 -- but it doesn't say if that's the introduction date for the beer

 

None at the local Binny's today.

 

Haven’t been a huge hopewell guy, but had some lagers of theirs at the taproom and really enjoyed. Get that winter lager before it’s too hot out!

Not sure if somebody else mentioned this, but Whisky Hill won the Goose Island Stout Fest. Wiskey Hill is owned by the Salernos who own the local Salernos Pizza chain.

Yeah, I was looking forward to this, but got distracted and didn’t order. Oops!

 

Having my first Open Outcry beer. It's a haze-boi called Popera, which is unfortunate for me. Not my preferred style these days.

Fresh ganja & lemon. It's flavorful, for sure, but 6 oz was about 3 too many for this timid soul.

 

I knew you people were all in your 50s.
