I am headed to Chicago at the end of the month and would like to tour/taste Goose Island stuff at the brewery. I was reading and it seems they release their prop every 3rd Friday. Does anyone know if this is the third Friday of each month or every third Friday from the day they opened after the remodel? I will be in Chicago on July 29 - 31. I am looking to go on the 31st, if they will have prop. Otherwise I will go on Thursday. Any help would be appreciated as to the prop or other information I should be aware of for the tour. I don't think it's Prop that is opened every 3rd Friday of the month, just some form of BCBS variant. I can't confirm that since I haven't been there to check it out, though. I'm pretty sure it is the 3rd Friday of every month, so don't think you'll be in luck for the 31st.
