So my fiance and I are making a trek down to Chicago for the marathon and we will be staying from October 11th thru the 16th. We are staying at the Hilton which the address is 720 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL . What bars, bottle shops, or restaurants would you guys recommend? If anyone wants to meet up for a brew were always down for that too. We are looking for it to be within a couple miles of our hotel as we don't have a car. Thanks and cheers! Garrett Jahn
For beer stores, check Printer's Row, Warehouse and Binny's South Loop. Binny's South Loop has a bar and Hackney's is close.

Haymarket is definitely worth the trip! We were also staying at The Hilton and walked there in about 30 minutes. Great lineup of house beers on tap.
