He probably means at the airport. There's a Miller's Pub there in Concourse B. Never been there but have seen it mentioned before.
Millers will likely have something decent on tap as will Harry Carays. Personally, I like either of the pubs (I tend to end up in the Irish one) behind the food court area just as you pass security. There are also some calmer bathrooms back there. It's been a while, but I know you could get drinks to go and enjoy your beverages in the concourse or in the gate area as you wait for your plane.
