    A later time on Saturday is cool with me if 3 is cutting it too close, again if it's kosher at the bottle shop. It's a week away so we should probably firm it up pretty quickly otherwise this is going to push into February. Is there any concern that it's too soon and people who expressed interest here won't make it? If you guys could chime in @dwduncan2 @Immutable_Dusk @dthompson0279 @detrockcitey @JNL @Farnswurth @Spinaltapped @zappoman @AaronPaddock @Benm2c @Billy_Bars @Makubex

    3:00, 4:00, 5:00 works for me. I would prefer not to do it any later than that so that I could still try and make evening plans

    I added a couple bottles I plan on bringing to the spreadsheet. If someone else was planning on bringing one of these, I have plenty others to choose from. I would say (2) 750's or 22oz bottles per person would be a nice start for this. A variety of styles is always good to mix it up.

    The 24th is out. Flavio the owner is not free and he wants to be there for the the event. What about Saturday Feb. 7th?

    I'm out if it goes on 7th. weekends for me are hit/miss the next month, but excited to hear there are options for hosting.

    Anyone used/heard of doodle (www.doodle.com) for planning something like this? My FFL uses this for setting up draft dates/times. Works well instead of sorting through tons of different emails/msgs.

    Hello from Brussels! Looking forward to meeting you guys on the 7th! Added to the spreadsheet but wanted to say if everyone has already had the 2014 Darkness, I can bring something else. I was waiting for such an occasion to open it but would rather bring something no one's had. Lmk

    I can only speak for myself, but I've never had either Darkness. If I'm in the vast minority, then by all means, feel free to swap, but I'd absolutely love to try at least one.

    They should be substantially different. Starting with 2014, Surly started barrel aging Darkness so it should be interesting to taste them aide by side.

    Oh yeah- I forgot all about that. That sounds like a really interesting thing for the bottle share. Especially since side by sides of stouts are really hard to do alone without getting completely sloshed haha.
