I'm going to be in NW Indiana (Munster) for a few days on business. Plan on hitting 3Fs and 18th Street. I also want to run over to Illinois to get some Pipeworks, Half Acre, Rev., etc. I don't think I will have enough to head to Binny's Lincoln Park, The Beer Temple, etc.

Are there any worthwhile Bottle Shops in the South Suburbs?

Check out the open bottle. Harlem ave just north of 80. There's a few Binnys and Mariano's out on that side of town too

If your gonna hit Open Bottle which is worthwhile, you might as well cross the street to 350 brewing. I think it's a nice place w solid beers. Also Homewood liquors on 182nd and Halsted has a nice selection too. Good luck

Depending on how much time you have try Torrence Liquors in Calumet City which is across the state line. They usually have Half Acre, Pipeworks and Revolution. Warning, the neighborhood is sketchy.

All the recommended places above are good. I'd be mindful about stock rotation on the hoppy stuff if you're looking for that, especially the bombers. Some of these stores have had older product sit. I think The Open Bottle might be your best bet as they date their product.

The Open bottle is your best bet. There's also Binny's in Orland Park and Kenwood Liquors in Homer Glen.
