Chicago Stout Releases (2018)

Tried revolution Jamo-nilla (nitro vanilla imperial stout, 4 mo in Jamison barrels) and Runaway (porter with cherry juice) last night. Both were good!

 

It at the Highland Park Binny's now which tends to lag a day or two on most releases so probably hit most places in the NW burbs by now is my guess

LP Binny's did not have Darkness last night.

 

Just showed up at beer cellar

 

Darkness 17 at BG Binnys right now, 4 cases, no limit.

Also have about 10 Bad Baptist, limit 2.

Anyone get over to Alter for Smash Tun?

 

I know it may be a bit different here, and I haven't seen bottle count numbers yes, but some of my local haunts got more this year than last year. A few stores around here even had no limits. Overall though, I think it is a bit of both.

I would expect the BA version to come out in Feb like last year.

 

Out in the suburbs, but the Alter BBA Smash Tun is drinking pretty well.
