This is a great layout. Thank you for putting in this format. What a time to be alive. Best time of the year for the craft beer realm?? I can only drink so many NE IPAs

 

I would personally argue that THIS year the best time of the year was basically the NE IPA arms race in the city and nearby suburbs (although I really like hops, so I'm biased), but in general, yeah, stout season rules.

On the other hand, it's the only time of the year that I get actively frustrated by beer nerds...

 

Plus the 12/8 Ryeway and VSOD can release at Revolution.

(And later their Straightjacket/Mineshaft Gap/Double Barrel VSOD on 1/12.)

Ironwood Black Friday BA Stout released 11/24

i'd chalk it up to some outsourced pr firm amateur hour

 

I was going to say something similar, but decided not to. I don't know anything about them, but looks like they are a pretty small shop. But yeah.

 

They are a small brewery on the east side of Valpo - 3 barrel tanks(?) From my recollection that photo looks like their taproom (also small). In addition to their beers they brew a solid orange cream soda. Worth a stop.
