For my bachelor party next month, 11 of us need to get to 3 Floyds/18 Street from Chicago. Aside from bus/train, what's the best method? Are Ubers readily available? I don't want to get stuck in fuckin Munster..

    Any help would be great.

I'd just hire a limo. Split between 11 guys it wouldn't be bad. Plus you can have the limo take you to 18th street also.

If it's your bachelor party, I'd suggest going in on a party bus or limo of some sort. I know Windy City Transportation is one, but there are tons of options. It's your bachelor party, so your buddies oughta take care of the tab for the transportation for you! We used an SUV limo for mine, and while we didn't go as far as 3 Floyds or 18th Street, we did go to other "entertainment venues" in Indiana from Chicago.

We're considering that, too. But what about Uber? Available around there?

I took uber from Chicago to FFF for DLD. 45 bucks from what I recall. I'm not sure if you can get them on the return, though.

Probably unlikely that you can get an Uber/Lyft in Munster, but I could be wrong. Can definitely get one out there though. You don't have to go too far from Milwaukee to not be able to get one either.

I missed the first reggie's bus for DLD and had Group A tickets, so took the train as far south as possible and took an uber. Had to give the uber driver an extra $20 to take the fair because he didn't want to drive that far south (it was only 20 min). So,uber isn't the best option.

Do the party bus, you can bring beers to share and they will let yoh operate on your own schedule. The next besg option is to hire a suburban taxi company to drive you. They will wang specific time and upu will need a few suvs/vans. Do not take a city cab, they will charge you 1.5x to go to the burbs.

Rent a limo or party bus for the day. And don't forget about all of northwest indianas strip clubs.

Dude get a limo for the day/night. Split 10 way (you shouldnt have to pay) it will be reasonable. Uber is not an option as you would need to coordinate at least 3 black cars.

You should call FFF first and see if they would even accommodate a group that size.

You could even look into a metro car/van. I've found them to be pretty good as well. But uber isn't an option for 11 people, and splitting a bus 11 ways is your best option in my opinion

Party bus it. It's your bach party, live it up. You can drink on them and won't have to worry about loosing a ride.

Yeah, we decided to do a limo bus.. As far as 3 Floyds and our group size, we are not worried about sitting at separate tables. I'm assuming they won't mind if there are 2 tables of 6. Plus, we're probably spend a million dollars there, so we'll make it worth their time.

    Thanks for the replies, everyone.

As others mentioned. I would still call ahead. FFF is notorious for long waits even if you only have a party of 3-4. I have heard people complain, plead and whine to the door guys about how far they have travelled or that it is so and so's birthday or whatever but they are completely unsympathetic. Do a quick read of their Yelp reviews and you'll see a common theme about the wait.
