Chicago wine storage

    Has anyone use these folks before for beer or wine storage: http://www.chicagowinestorage.com/news/

    I am debating using them for my brew storage. Cellar is approx. 300-350 bottles (probably 4 12 oz cases and 20 22 oz/750 ml cases) deep, meaning I would be looking at either the 16 case or 24 case options. Is it easy to switch to a larger unit if you under buy on space initially/need to expand? Does a 24 case option snuggly fit 24 cases, or is there flex room?

    These guys would be <1 mile from where I would be moving so location is ideal. Just need to know the flex on storage size or if you get locked in for one year based on your initial selection
