I'm heading down to Chicago for the first time since I have really been into craft beer. I plan on stocking up big time because there's really no great beer in Ontario. Any recomendations for bottle shops and or bars. I plan on going to 3 floyds on my way home, and i was thinking hop leaf is a must visit...anywhere else? Thanks BA

Depends where you'll be in the city, but here a few of my favorites citywide: Brewpubs: Haymarket, Revolution, Goose Island Clybourn Brewery only (with tasting room & bottle shop): Half Acre Restaurants/Bars: Fountainhead, Map Room, Twisted Spoke, Beer Bistro, Local Option, Kuma's Corner, Publican, Girl and the Goat You definitely want to hit Three Floyds on the way home and Hop Leaf is fantastic!
Go to GI Clybourn and stop at the Binny's across the street. As an outsider myself, I can assure you that both will be highlights of your trip. Have fun and cheers!
