Where in town are you staying and how long are you going to be around? I'll always recommend http://craftbeertemple.com as a bottle shop and http://www.thesmallbar.com/logan/ http://revbrew.com/home to get your drinking done. They're all in the same general area, but could be far from where you're going to be.
Your best option down there is probably Binny's Grand, but for 10 bucks in a cab you can 1) go to the Beer Temple and 2) walk right up the street to Hot Doug's.
