Now we can compile a list of douchy brewers- I'm looking at you breweries that don't fill other people's growlers without a good reason....
Looks like... Growlers: 5 Rabbit, Church Street, Hopvine, Lagunitas, Solemn Oath, Penrose. Howlers: Moody Tongue, BBGB. Although given Hopvine's answer it looks like some breweries may be legally required to be douches. So they got that goin' for 'em, which is nice.
This is great, although I see it says Corridor doesn't fill howlers. Yet, I just had one filled there last Friday. Maybe they just thought I looked like a great guy and wanted to treat me well.
That's classy, but they do offer the 32oz crowler and fill 64oz howlers. Certified classy! As mentioned, some have legit excuses for not doing so...some just want to push their glass costs on others. Thankfully the places I already love and frequent seem to be the good players in the industry.
