Chicagoland NE IPAs (2018)

Will be hunting this glassware this week as well...

 

Reign In Punch will tap today at Corridor (around 5pm) and be available on draft and Crowlers. To avoid confusion the event on Wednesday, 5/24 will be a Mikerphone tap takeover. Reign in Punch will also be available on tap and for Crowler purchase that evening.

 

Cool unless you're really trying not to buy any new beer.

 

How did I not realize he was doing their can artwork? Love his stuff. Have a bunch of his prints hanging in my office (a couple DLDs, Surly, Apocalypse Cow).

Cool. Just looked at their FB page and it looks like "Grand, Jefferson, L.P., and Lakeview." RDM was canned 5/11, DM canned 5/17. Go get you some. @3xAnthony you guys adding Chi to your footprint, or just a special delivery for the festivities this week?

You've been saying that since mid-way through stout season. I think it's time to accept that this isn't happening and move on!

 

had it last night. It is pretty damn good. For me, it still needs more carbonation, but the hop character on this beer is pretty amazing. And the centrifuge is really helping the cleanliness of the finish. I think Hubbards cave is inches away from being my favorite IPA producer in chicago

 

Their carbonation issues make the beers an almost auto-never purchase for me. I can't drink and enjoy their beer cause of it.

 

its not really an issue at this point. more of a preference. I wouldn't call it a mistake. Maybe thats just how he likes it. Its carbonated enough, i just think itd be better with more.

 

I had v4 or batch 4 or whatever it's called and it was very under-carbonated for my taste, I didn't finish the bottle.

 

that was realesed like 8 months ago.... lots has changed since then.

 

We are dipping our toes in with these 4 Binny's locations. Since we're in the two stores downstate, it wasn't too complicated to add a few more. We will also be adding a few select draft accounts as well. We always have a number of events to attend in Chicago, so it made sense to start bringing some beer to deliver too. I definitely can't promise that it will always be in stock :-)

Binny's Grand is saying Tryptch wont be out till tomorrow. It is in stock but they can't put it out yet.

 

I think this might vary by store, my guy says its in the computers, but some stores might need to print tags and such.
