A place in hampshire posted they had it too but that place throws a premium on every beer I’d expect that 4 pack to be 20 bucks at minimum out there.

    I haven't had M-1 through M-42, will this make a difference?

Nice! Hopefully some competition in the packaged NEIPA space squelches the growth of $15.99 4-packs. Wonder if Meijer will carry M43. Love when they put it on sale in Michigan.

It would be nice for sure. We’ll see how big/frequent the drops are. It’s incredibly difficult to compete from out of market in this space. On the one hand, hazy should help move it. On the other, if it’s on a war, shelf for over a month it will be dead in the water. Hopefully they roll their stuff out smarter than TG did

Referring to when TG launched a beer that wasn't brewed by them and with a totally separate recipe but still called it PseudoSue?

I haven’t tried any of Pipeworks new hops but I think I might give this one a go.

No not really. I meant more about how they saturated the market with inconsistent batches. That’s why you see stacks on stacks of 8/2018 Pseudo. Less is more when coming into Chicago with cans. One smart thing they already did differently was send it on draft to good accounts to build a customer base

Ah yes, definitely remember the end cap stacks of PseudoSue at Binny's sitting months on end.

We should see fresh beer from Old Nation every 2-3 weeks

I hear ya. Just like TG's first drop was fresh, this batch of M-43 is dated 12/19 so hopefully the trend continues as @oN3xM suggests.

I don’t think ON is going to run into the same problems as TG. For one, they’ve always been on the freshness bandwagon. Two, their portfolio is much smaller and they mainly focus on M43. I have rarely found M43 older than two months old in Michican and have never seen a pallet of it anywhere.

Had it on tap at Hopleaf (I’ve had it in cans before). It’s incredible. I’d honestly compare it to Julius.
